1.Product  Features:
1)Thick film non-inductive technology,high ohmic values,high precision,withstand high power and high voltage,wide resistance value range, high reliability.
2)Temperature coefficient: 15ppm ~ ± 100ppm.
3)Small volume, low temperature coefficient, low voltage coefficient, high stability.
4)The high voltage resistors can withstand very high voltage, in order to prevent electric breakdown, it is necessary to choose the slender high-quality ceramic matrix with very high compressive strength and the high-quality precious metal ruthenium resistor film to make a circuitous spiral form. Its material and process are completely different from the conventional winding resistors, with relatively high cost.
5)According to the customer's requirements, we can customize the working voltage range from 4.8KV to 120KV and the resistance range from 0.1 Ω to 10T Ω.
6)RIZ series, non- inductive high voltage resistors,with conventional high voltage requirements, power from 1W to 20W, tinned copper lead out;

   RIP series, non- inductive high ohmic values high voltage resistor, high ohmic values type, power from 1W-20W, resistance range: 1G-10T,tinned copper lead out;

  RHP1 series,high power non- inductive high voltage resistor, high power type,power from 20W to 300W, nickel plated brass cap and nickel plated brass screw;
   RHP2 series, high-power non inductive high-voltage resistor, high-power type, power from 50W to 300W, nickel plated brass cap and nickel plated brass screw lead out, with bracket installation;

2.Product  Structure:
1)RI80 series matrix is made of high aluminum ceramic with more than 95% aluminum content, silver as guide electrode and precious metal ruthenium as resistors film. The resistors film is printed on the ceramic matrix through serpentine pattern design process, with the characteristics of high stability, precision and high voltage resistance.
2)low-power 1W-20W, leading is tinned copper lead welding;
    high-power 20W-300W adopts nickel plated brass cap and nickel plated brass screw, which are pressed into both ends of resistor ceramics and processed into resistor to provide solid terminal electrode connection.
3)The surface is coated with black high-voltage insulation and heat dissipation paint, which is baked at high temperature after natural drying,to ensure higher precision, smaller volume, lower temperature coefficient and more stable performance.
